Good Morning:) 12/6/2004
He spoke to firmament yielding lights Dividing this day
from the first night.
Saying let these signs be for the seasons. We count days

Is This The Type? 11/24/2004
That's the key to a first date. Our goal is not to determine
if this is the person God wants us to spend the rest of our
life with. The goal of a first date is to begin to ask the question:
Is this the type of person I should be with?
In order to answer this question we must begin with communication.
As I say in my profile, a man on a first date should treat a
woman as if he in ...

My first date experience, and some helpful (?) observations 8/7/2004
After being married for 15+ years, the divorce is over (yes,
I had "Biblical" reasons) and I'm ready
to meet men once again, in hopes of finding the right man
to spend the rest of my life with.
Definitely, a first date should be in a public place, and
there should be at least one friend/family member who knows
where you will be and is expecting to hear from you by a certain
time.
My ...

Reply To : Time to get back to Tradition 6/25/2004
I agree with these comments. It's a real shame that
even the church today has been corrupted with the idea of
pre-marital sex.
Many christians think it's ok between two people in
love or in a steady relationship. They forget that God's
standards have not changed, neither has His word changed.
We have ephesians 5 vs3&5 and so many others too.
I think those of us who are determined to ...

Dinner at a Restaurant 6/17/2004
When you go to the restaurant on a date, be mindful of the
following. There is a big difference between eating at
McD's and eating at a fancy restaurant. First of all
you must wait to be seated. If it's a popular restaurant,
you'll could find yourselves standing at the entrance
for a good half-hour or more. Use this time to discuss who
pays and how much to tip. These are the nasty practical ...

Men-It is time be confident and ask that lady out depsite possible rejection 6/16/2004
For all you men out there, it is time to come out and face rejection
because for every 10 NO'S, there is going to be a YES.
Start out as casual friends. The problem some fellows have
is that dread that 2 letter word and say, "What if she
says". Who cares, women respect confident males
who are not too cocky but feel good about themselves. Pray
for the spirit of FEAR to leave you. 1 Timothy ...

Time to get back to tradition 5/30/2004
I have been divorced for 8 years and not dated. I have been
going to school, healing and getting my life on track with
God. Now I am ready to meet people and think about a dating
relationship with the idea of marriage in the future should
God bless that. However, I am afraid that I will be rejected
for my stand on pre-marital sex, yes, even in the church
I see that many view it as o.k. ...

Gentlemanly? 6/5/2003
It seems to me that there is some debate if you should open
a woman's door on a date. I say yes, a resounding YES.
To open the door is not a way of saying females are a weaker
sex but to give respect like I would to my mother or father.
The woman should take great pleasure when a door is opened
for her because the gentleman is saying to you I respect
you, and all women for without you we ...
